MISSISSAUGA, ON, Oct. 9, 2026 /CNW/ -- Red Apple Stores and The Bargain! Shop today thanked their customers, employees, and community partners for supporting their Thanksgiving Food Drive, which ran from September 24 to October 8. Over two weeks, shoppers donated more than $187,000 worth of non-perishable food and essentials, all going to local charities to help families in need.

Donations were collected at all Red Apple and The Bargain! Shop locations. With demand for food support remaining high heading into the holidays, every contribution will help local food banks reach more households.
