Recastia's PDF to video converter turns one or more PDFs into videos with or without narration, giving users a way to present selected document content in a video format.
HONG KONG, October 29, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Recastia, a content repurposing platform, unveils a PDF to video converter for creating MP4 videos from PDF files. Users can turn product brochures, service guides, and other documents into videos for exhibition screens, sales demonstrations, and event presentations.
For a product display, users might draw on a brochure and a separate specification document, selecting product photographs and key details while leaving out ordering forms or lengthy reference sections. The PDF to video converter lets them decide which pages enter the video instead of including every page from the uploaded files.
The creation process starts with template previews. After choosing a template, users upload one or more PDFs. With multiple files, they can adjust the file order before the converter merges the content. They then select a generation mode and the pages to display. Word documents, PowerPoint files, and images are also supported as inputs.
The PDF to video converter includes Minimal, Easy, and Advanced modes. Minimal Mode suits a display without voiceover, showing the selected pages automatically. Users choose a fixed display time per page or divide a total display duration evenly among the selected pages. Background music remains optional, including library tracks or uploaded audio.
Easy Mode uses one continuous voiceover script for the full video. Advanced Mode provides a separate script field for each selected page, allowing users to explain product features on one page and specifications on another. In both modes, users can write the scripts themselves or use AI Copywriting to generate editable scripts from the PDFs. When using AI Copywriting, they select the language for the generated scripts. They then select an AI voice and decide whether to include subtitles and an avatar.
The PDF to video converter supports landscape (16:9) and portrait (9:16) videos for different screen orientations. Visual customization options vary by template. Page-Flipping Book, for example, lets users choose a background image or upload their own, as well as add a colored cover border around the book.
The finished MP4 can be downloaded for playback on an event screen or within a presentation. Users can also edit its title and description, embed the video on a product website, share its unique link, or use a QR code on event materials so visitors can open it themselves.
"Users may want to introduce a product at an event without taking visitors through the entire brochure," said Winston Zhang, CEO of Recastia. "Our PDF to video converter helps them create that introduction from their existing documents in a format suited to the screen where the video will appear."
